Warning- I am fairly frank in this journal and talk about things quite openly and so young people might want to skip over some of those bits. Just a suggestion.

Reason for different names and genders- paranoia!
I am a graduate from York St John University with a 2.1 (second best mark that you can get from university) in Counselling Studies. I'm working to become a school counsellor, but this is taking longer than hoped...

Although I have never been officially tested, it is belived that I am somewhat dyslexic, though it affects my maths skill much more than my spelling. However, my spelling still is occasionally quite bad and you will have to excuse that because going through each entry and checking it is occasionally a tedious job I would rather not do.

I am a huge manga fan and have a rather large collection of over 300 (currently 312ish, not including those volumes in the original Japanese, character guides, art books or the 'How to Read- DeathNote') volumes. I'm also a pretty big anime fan, but due to cost I have mostly been watching it on YouTube, Veoh and animecrazy, though fully intend to buy a number of them if they ever come out on DVD.

I write fanfiction (when I have ideas for it) mostly based on GetBackers at the moment, though I have also written Digimon, Harry Potter, DAQ, Death Note, random humour, and lists. I can also be occasionally convinced to write others when the mood takes me. All of my new stuff, and a number of the old, can be found on my community suicidal_frog.

I also write original fiction, of which very little is actually online, and quite a lot of poetry and song lyrics, most of which appears on my ficionpress account. One day I do hope to have something published and on the shelves to be bought, but we'll just have to wait and see what happens there.

I am very interested in photography, though am certainly not anything even coming close to being a professional, and I have most of my photos (and other things) on photobucket and I have a seperate folder devoted purely to my time at YSJ, which will soon be getting the 'third year' folder added to it! I also have a number of icons that I've made on there, which are just a small example of all of the ones I have. I am very happy to make icons for anyone who wants them (moving or still)

Random Other Bits
I have lots of lovely dragons which like being looked at and admired. Eggs and babies like to be clicked on. They love it actually *hint hint*

I have a YouTube account which I only have a few videos up for at the moment, but I'm working on more.

sober_mob is for those people out there who don't drink alcohol, or only drink it in moderation. There are silly stories and there will soon be a 'pub quizz' that I would like lots of people to join in.

Although its name may belie its equal oppotunities nature prettyboyfandom is actually for people to cellebrate both males and females that we find pretty, be it through fics, pictures or just talking about them randomly!
